Thanks for posting that Alex. I totally agree with Armen. It just makes good sense for both the customer and the developer to have an hourly arrangment. Though it's true that the customer must do their due diligence and check background and references to ascertain that the developer has the abilities and can be trusted to give the best job in reasonable time.
