Network Traffic Analyzer

Access is very sensitive to the quality of the network. Once you have one bad network card on your network – and it can cause frequent corruptions of database. Personally I recommend using managed switch in network environment, where you can see which card produces errors. But there is also software solution, I just learned from Microsoft Public Newsgroups discussion - Ethereal® network analyzer. Did not use it yet, but once I get chance to do so – will publish results here.

Do you still use MDBs?
SQL Server does not corrupt databases.
