I heard/read somewhere either in person or read online that Microsoft is supposed to be readying a new version of VB which is very much in line with the old VB?

I wish they'd just offer the source code up for sale and a bunch of us buy it and continue its development. There is a HUGE market of folks (companies) that I know will never switch to .NET until their current hardware fails and maybe not even after that.

This could be another decade. Microsoft doesnt seem to care about the developer anymore - its all about Partners now.

Would you like some fries with that order of Microsoft Dynamics? Or would you prefer the #1 Combo Meal, supersized instead?
