ASP.NET pages with different locale - part #2

Ok, found other solution - open a page in VS, switch to HTML view, go to menu File - Advanced Save Options ... and select Unicode there.
But then it can switch back...
I think it should be some option in VS.Net to save always files in Unicode, but not sure, as I can't find it...
